  I just got back and submitted a complaint/claim to the travel agent with photos. I am sure many other guests will too on their return. There were so many complaints from the holiday makers whilst we were there.

  Disgusting food. Ridiculous snacks. Services and goods advertised in the all inclusive are denied to the customer by hotel management and made chargeable. Hotel staff are rude and ignorant. Half the hotel is not yet built. Some of the existing hotel is not yet open. Half of the pools are closed. Decking is dangerous. Waterslide is a death trap. Everything that the hotel staff and management do seems to be a cost cutting excersize. Definately nowhere near 4 star.

  Just back, the kids enjoyed their stay, (4 year old + 18 months old) but all they wanted was the kiddies pool/kids club and sun, which were excellent. Nothing to do or see in the area, apart from a very friendly pub across the road! I wouldn't be going back, or recommend it. We didn't go for all inclusive (thank god) I like to get out and about. Our room was small but cleaned daily (air con). But certainly consider Cala n Bosch, it's beautiful and the kids were delighted with the goody goody park, which includes pool, bouncy castles amusements etc....

  We stayed in blanc palace 2 and it was vest nice. Had not been open long so there was still some works going on but they caused no issues. Staff were very friendly and most of the rooms were modern. We got out in an old room but even that was nice.

  Cannot fault kids club and kids club staff. Playground is ok.
